ALL OVER THE PLACEby Mike like around the last saturday of march, we Decided to go to south beach from fort lauderdale to chech out mokai the club, trying to avoid traffic going in throuth 5th st i decided to pay the toll and go through the venetian causeway, since to do this i had to get off in downtown miami i said to my girlfriend seating on the passenger seat lets pass by mia lounge, so we did. Right after passing by Mia we found out that a basketball game just finish at the aaa arema and that now we were stock in some serios traffic. as the smart guy that I am, I said lets go back and get in though 5th st and when we did we found out that there was no traffic at all( i guess because of the game). once at the parking lot accross the street from mokai, i decided not to pay the $25 dollars each plus a drink just to check out the place(total of about $85 for both of us) which is what i wanted to do, so i said lets check out the bowling place by Lincoln Rd that we saw on our way to mokai, once there we found out that it was going to be $81 or $86 for an our of bowling!! so gues what? i bail again(yes i did, and proud!!) so i said lets go eat and think if the bowling will happen or not, so we went to Van dyke cafe since we were starving (i know what you're thinking, no i didn't bail this time), at van dyke i had jack and coke and order some penne and salmon pasta that was supper good, my girlfriend order an apple martini and i can't remember what she eat, but it was really good too... while waiting for dinner, my girlfriend(an animal lover) noticed that a pretty cool dog pass very close to her and she says: "oh, i almost touch him" and i'm like "you say it like if you're talking about ricky martin or brad pitt" then after dinner we just went back home. |
