• How much can you afford? Are you buying cash? Have you been pre-approved for a mortgage loan? Do you have the down payment that a lender might require based on your credit? In South Miami Beach condos come in all sizes and prices depending on the location but, Miami Beach is Miami Beach and the location will cost you, even though it's definitely worth it.

IF RENTING A CONDO:

Know the monthly rent you can afford? Do you have the 1st month rent, last month rent and 1 month security deposit, usually required to get into a one-year rental lease? Is what you can afford in South Beach, what you want?

IF SELLING OR RENTING YOUR CONDO:
